Happy Birthday Kaylee

November 2nd was my little girl’s third birthday. She has grown up so much over the last year. She is now potty trained although she still sometimes has accidents. She is starting to talk a little better now but we struggle to understand her sometimes. I thought I would share a few pictures of her birthday.

Here are the girls making the cake. They had a ball frosting it and it looked so good once they were done.

Sorry about the poor picture quality. This is what Kaylee did when we asked her how old she was. I guess it was easier to hold up 3 this way.

Here is a pic with me and the kids.

Happy birthday to my beautiful little girl!

I also thought I would share some of what has been happening around here. Jett got to practice with a baseball team and play a few scrimmage games with them as well. One of Jett’s friends at school is on a team and his father is the coach. The coach called saying that his son was telling him how athletic Jett is and was wondering if he wanted to go to join the team. Of course we said yes! It is the end of the season here, but the coach wants Jett to be on the team next year. Jett is really excited! Right now Jett is starting basketball.

They say we have reached what is known as winter weather here. Highs in the 60s and 70s and lows in the 40s and 50s. It is so nice to be able to take the kids outside and play.

  1. Beautiful children!!! I don’t know of any athlete that has gotten a call up from the coach at that age. Jett is doing great. Your reports have been outstanding as well. I am so happy for you. Are you still walking, or are you going to a gym? You look wonderful.

  2. Thanks for sharing your daughters Birthday with us. You have such beautiful children. Our grandson is playing ball also so we know the joys of watching the games. What a blessing children are. Michelle your hair is so long now and I love the cut. Enjoy the warm weather and we (hopefully) will get to enjoy a bit of snow. We will have a sad night tonight as we say good bye to your parents. They will always have a special place in my heart. God has blessed you with wonderful parents and us with great friends. No way they can ever be replaced. Take care. We are continuing to pray for you in Pewee Valley.
